The precision of face and body show how much you look at him/her and how much attention you give when you do.
While the traits matching his/hers show how deeply you know that person. Moreover if you find yourself selecting a rather "bad" trait for that Sim.

When you still have the same feeling towards a person despite his/her flaws, then you can start calling it "love" :)
